KEDPLASMA is seeking a Production Lead to manage daily donor operations at our plasma collection center in Pensacola, FL. You will oversee physical flow, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards while guiding a team to maintain efficiency and donor focus.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, with responsibilities spanning equipment checks, inventory, and staff training to ensure consistent, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure donor flow is managed efficiently to meet production goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot within trained scope.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment.
• Verify and update supply lot numbers as needed.
• Support inventory management and weekly scheduling.
• Provide staff training and floor coverage as needed.
• Ensure SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and regulatory policies are followed.
