Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate equivalent of a recognized nursing program.
• Licensed or certified in the state of assignment as an LPN or LVN.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and manage informed consent.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies following SOPs.
• Support vaccination programs for employees.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized.
• Manage employee incidents referencing EHS guidance.
