Qualifications

• Completion of BioLife Medical Support Specialist FDA-approved training is required.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, physical exam, and test review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for emergencies, including transport to care facilities.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees where applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS for further evaluation.
