Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead planting crews and supervise installation projects in Marana, AZ. You will plan installations, direct crews, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining safety and company standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of crew chief or foreman experience, knowledge of plants and landscaping, and strong HR/sales awareness. DOT fitness not required; CDL not necessary; travel up to 25% may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of crew chief/foreman experience.
• Experience in a retail, nursery, landscaping environment preferred.
• Ability to coach team to reach business goals.
• Basic understanding of HR and sales fundamentals.
• Knowledge of plants, planting, project management and customer service.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a flatbed truck with crew and equipment.
• Manage DNP installation operations and customer deliveries.
• Ensure outstanding service and customer experience.
• Coach crew members and conduct performance reviews.
• Train crew in installation processes and safety.
• Oversee work orders, productivity, and quality.
• Protect company assets and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Assist with logistics and customer service issues.
