Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Plant Utility to support day-to-day plant operations in a safe, timely manner. The role involves operating and servicing small equipment, performing pre-operation checks, and maintaining site housekeeping in an outdoor plant environment.

Applicants should be able to read, speak and write English, work in a plant setting, and be willing to use protective equipment as required. A High School Diploma or GED is required to qualify.

• Understand or be familiar with power and small tools
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment
• Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and maintain general site housekeeping
• Ensure safety fences, markings, berms are in place
• Notify supervisor or maintenance of any required work
• Performs other related duties as required

The Plant Utility position is responsible for day-to-day duties needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This position must also adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Be cognizant of and adhere to safety requirements
• Participate in all safety meetings

• Must be familiar with operating and servicing small equipment
• Must understand or have familiarity with all power and small tools
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment
• Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and general site housekeeping

• Notify supervisor and/or maintenance of any required work to be done
• Performs other related duties as required
