Job summary

PF Holdings Plant Utility position is responsible for day-to-day duties needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This role operates and services small equipment, conducts pre-operation checks, and ensures general site housekeeping in a Texas plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
• Work performed in a plant environment.
• Exposure to inclement weather as most work will be performed outside.
• Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs. or more.
• Frequently required to walk on unleveled ground.
• Must work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Be cognizant of and adhere to safety requirements.
• Participate in all safety meetings.
• Shoveling, sweeping, and monitoring.
• Must be familiar with operating and servicing small equipment.
• Must understand or have familiarity with all power and small tools.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment.
• Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and general site housekeeping.
• Ensure safety fences, markings, berms are all in place.
• Notify supervisor and/or maintenance of any required work to be done.
• Performs other related duties as required.
