Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing a team of skilled tradespeople.
• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe and effective operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage contractor relationships and oversee repair projects.
