Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage hourly training records and coordinate all training program administration. The role focuses on tracking learning progress and ensuring audit readiness, with involvement in the New Hire Experience from day one through year one.

You will maintain documentation, update SOPs, and support onboarding while working closely with operations and HR to deliver effective training and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of training experience or related.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for annual training to ensure audit readiness.
• Create and update SOPs, OJT guides, and manuals.
• Coordinate scheduling and tracking of training activities.
