Qualifications

• 1 year production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for plant production employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions for existing employees and new hires.
• Evaluate the needs of Darigold operations and plan training programs.

Skills

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
