Job summary

The Mennel Milling Company is seeking a production associate to support our food safety and quality mission. You will learn facility tasks and carry out daily plans to keep operations efficient, aligning with our 1886 tradition of excellence and commitment to dependable quality.

You will work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and potential holidays, and perform duties across the production line with attention to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift 50–65 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety and personal safety rules and regulations.
• Operate machinery on a production line including high-speed packaging equipment.
• Perform checks including visual, size and weight checks.
• Communicate deviations from standards to Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
