Job summary

Clements Fluids is seeking a Plant Technician to support work-over and completion services in a fast-paced oilfield environment. The role entails mixing products, maintaining fluids, operating a forklift, and assisting with warehouse duties while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Experience in drilling fluids or oil and gas services is preferred, with a strong work ethic and reliability. On-site responsibilities include following procedures, blending and testing fluids, and ensuring quality and

Qualifications

• Experience in work-over and completion is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment lift test and physical.
• Must have a valid and clear driver’s license.
• Full-time position with rotating hours.
• Must be willing to travel and possibly work on location.
• Must pass pre-employment drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment according to procedures.
• Blend, transfer, and store fluids with precision.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Keep the plant clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to blending and testing protocols to meet quality standards.
• Assist drivers with loading operations to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Document and address any quality concerns to maintain high service standards.
