Clements Fluids is seeking a Plant Technician to join our team. The role involves assisting fluid technicians, blending fluids, and maintaining production and safety standards in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in work-over and completion, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This is a full-time position with rotating hours and travel may be required.

• Must have experience in work-over and completion.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment lift test and physical.
• Must have a valid and clear driver's license.
• This position is a full-time position with rotating hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in blending fluids and maintaining production accuracy.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain plant equipment.
• Assist with warehouse duties and loading/unloading chemicals.
• Support safety protocols and environmental compliance.
