Job summary

Luminant Power LLC in Poolville, Texas is seeking an Operations Technician to operate and maintain facility equipment and systems. The role includes 12-hour rotating shifts, potential overtime, and involvement with chemical handling and plant security. You will document readings, perform rounds, and support SOP development.

The position requires strong mechanical skills, a GED or equivalent, and the ability to use CMMS and basic PC tools. POSS/MASS program participation is required for candidacy.

Qualifications

• Trade school, military service or technical school training.
• Proven mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate a fork lift and man-lifts as needed.
• Basic PC skills for information processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift operating logs and records.
