Under general supervision, this position prepares, maintains, and submits daily reports and records of daily gas and/or liquid volume, and volume of chemicals used, etc. assuring compressors, dehydrators and amine systems are up and running. Develops and apply an understanding of site issues.RequirementsPerform operational checks of assigned equipment and plant facilitiesAdjust plant operations to maintain tailgate gas specifications and gas nominationsReport nominations and gas volumes to company and gas marketing agenciesMonitor field sites for upsets that may alter incoming gas and result in adjustments to the plant operating parametersRecord run time, and operating parameters into tracked daily logsConduct daily rounds and perform minor repairsKeep all equipment clean and free of leaksPerform call out duties for down equipmentIdentify site alarms and work with automation to adjust alarms as necessaryCollaborate with engineers and operations concerning plant activitiesGeneral facility upkeep (fences, signs, weeds, trash)Communicates corrective maintenance needs to foremanParticipating in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) sessionsParticipate in updating and maintaining procedures and records for plant operationsRepresent the Company in delivery/receipt of materials and equipmentMaintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with and through close coordination with the operations, engineers, foreman, management and safety teamsSecure and maintain all Company equipment, including but not limited to computers, vehicles, and analysis or test equipmentPossess the right and obligation to stop work if unsafe conditions exist or are suspectedProvide field wide contact with all personnel in the event of emergency or other significant occurrencesMaintain positive relationship with Local, state/province, and Federal representatives and surface ownersWork a regular 7 days on and 7 days off schedule with 12 hours shifts alternating between day shifts and night shifts.
