You will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and coordinate shift activities, aiming for continuous improvement and on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year work experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• 1-year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert within the department.
• Operate all machines within the department as needed.
• Establish and communicate team goals.
• Oversee shift operation and workflow.
• Monitor team performance and report metrics.
• Provide coaching and identify training needs.
• Address feedback and resolve issues.
• Assist with hiring and new-hire training.
• Conduct team meetings and share performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies and procedures.
• Manage timecards and schedules with accuracy.
