Job summary

Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors seeks a seasoned Materials/Procurement leader to manage purchasing, production scheduling and material control. You will develop departmental policies, oversee supplier relations and ensure on-time deliveries while controlling costs.

You will lead a team of 11–15 direct reports, travel to customer sites when required, and drive continuous improvement in MRP-driven processes within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in the field.
• 3–5 years in automotive industry.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Experience in material planning/purchasing.
• Expertise in use of MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of departmental purchasing, production and material control systems.
• Oversee production schedules and material procurement to ensure material availability.
• Develop supplier relationships and liaise with Corporate Purchasing.
• Analyze inventory, optimize material flow and address delays.
• Promote safety and 5S; participate in audits and corrective actions.
