Ocean Spray Cranberries is hiring a Plant Supply Chain Manager in Kenosha, WI. You will lead receiving, planning and distribution, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across multiple facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management and 5+ years of experience, with expertise in transportation, 3PL, and SAP/Red Prairie. You’ll collaborate with corporate teams to optimize production plans and promote FSQA programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or closely related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Experience with transportation and 3PL management
• Proven track record in leading multi-site supply chain operations
• Strong communication across organizational levels
• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems/software (SAP, Red Prairie)
• Analytical mindset with strong math skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to participate in community, charitable and employee events

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, planning and distribution/transportation for assigned facilities
• Review master production plans and capacity to balance cost, productivity and inventory
• Manage supply chain budgets and drive continuous improvement and FSQA programs
• Develop and coach supply chain teams and ensure proper tools and processes
• Collaborate with corporate office to align short/long range production plans
• Support 3PL engagement to meet budget and processes
• Lead change management initiatives to improve plant activities and capability
• Drive and promote food safety and quality programs
