Job summary

You will lead operators and technicians, schedule shifts, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with lean practices and production software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management.
• Experience with quality control procedures and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to learn production operations and machinery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant floor team and manage staffing.
• Coordinate production schedules for on-time delivery.
• Enforce quality control procedures and improvements.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Drive lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Review timesheets and support payroll.
• Support performance documentation and reviews.
• Report to Plant Manager and manage daily schedule.
