Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Plant Supervisor for our fabrication shop in Fort Worth, TX. You will report to the Plant Manager and direct the activities of fabrication, welding, polishing, and assembly teams to keep production on schedule and meet quality standards.

You will mentor staff, ensure the availability of equipment and tools, enforce safety policies, and address technical and quality issues with a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs fabrication shop activities including fabrication, welding, polishing, and assembly to keep departments on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Mentors and supports employees to ensure they have necessary tools and equipment and work safely.

The Plant Supervisor will report to the Plant Manager and direct the activities of our fabrication shop. Departments to oversee will include, fabrication, welding, polishing, and assembly. The position will manage the daily operations of the shop, including keeping the departments on schedule, providing guidance on technical and quality issues.

Other duties will be to support the employees to ensure they have all of the equipment and tools needed to be successful in their job as well as ensuring they are working in a safe manor.
