Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial plant operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems.
• Mechanical experience with crushers, screens, and pumps.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a 24/5 or 24/7 operation.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the aggregate processing plant.
• Ensure safety, production, quality, and maintenance goals are met.
• Supervise and develop a team of operators.
