Job summary

Quikrete Holdings Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will lead, train, and coach the plant staff, coordinate with the Plant Manager and Area Operations Manager, and maintain payroll records and equipment inspections.

A CDL is preferred and knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations is needed; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with concrete and related products.
• 1 year maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a current driver’s license (preferably a CDL).
• Current knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other agencies regulations.
• Self-starter with desire to promote values and business principles.
• Ability to direct, teach, motivate, and coach.
• Ability to formulate decisions, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships at all levels.
• Bilingual is desired but not required.

As a Plant Supervisor with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will oversees ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring proper equipment, materials, and production to meet client needs.
