Quikrete Holdings Inc. in College Park, GA is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage ready-mix concrete plant operations and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will oversee equipment, materials, and deliveries, coordinate with the Plant Manager, and provide timely reports to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, maintaining batching accuracy, supervising staff, and ensuring on-time distribution.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with concrete and related products.
• 1 year maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a current driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other agency regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates operations with Area Operations Manager.
• Supervises plant staff and supports hiring and performance management.
• Maintains accurate payroll/timekeeping records.
• Monitors delivery timing and works with mixer operators for on-time service.
• Oversees equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensures plant operates at target capacity.
• Maintains overall plant cleanliness and organization.

Maintains safety for personnel and customers, coordinates daily production and deliveries with the Plant Manager, and provides timely reports. May also handle scheduling to ensure efficient, on-time distribution and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Bilingual is desired but not required.
