Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Strategy & Digital Manager to lead the plant's five-year strategic roadmap, align capacity, sourcing, and initiatives with long-term objectives, and drive the Industry 4.0 transformation on the shop floor. You will bridge long-term planning with a digitally-enabled operation using analytics and new technologies.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with data, databases, and spreadsheets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Safety, or Finance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the five-year plant strategy process and maintain a robust roadmap.
• Coordinate short and long term capacity planning and roadmaps with sourcing and cost savings.
• Develop plant capacity utilization models from monthly forecasts.
• Drive the Funding The Growth program to achieve savings targets.
• Develop and execute the plant's digital roadmap for Industry 4.0 transformation.
• Act as the central gatekeeper for plant-level digital requests and technology needs.
