Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Software Issue Resolution Team member to own end-of-line software quality for vehicle programs at the plant. You will analyze build data, flag faults, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches and factory readiness.

You will support EOL activities, track PRTS issues, perform root-cause analyses, and help drive containment and corrective actions. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation engineering experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for build events.

Responsibilities

• Own EOL/launch quality for vehicle programs at plant sites.
• Capture and analyze build/EOL data and flag software faults.
• Coordinate with DREs, VSEs, MSIE/AVG and plant teams.
• Perform preliminary root-cause analysis for PRTS issues.
• Support EVC/HVF flash activities and PPO readiness.
