The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a production or agriculture environment and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a production, agriculture, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience in plant selection, greenhouse, or shipping operations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily selecting activities and ensure plants meet quality specifications.
• Train and develop team members, reinforcing best practices and company standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Production coordinator for order processing.
