Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote safe working habits per MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
• Perform regular plant and grounds security checks during shift.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Work in a team and multitask effectively.
