Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED and previous Lead or Supervisor
• Experience in Maintenance in the most recent 5 years required.
• Preferred: 1+ years previous Maintenance supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with Extrusion process preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily maintenance operations and evaluates the work of maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Interacts with procedures, policies and systems; communicates with Leadership, Hourly Teammates, Human Resources and Plant Engineer.
• Handles Administrative Responsibilities (Kronos, PeopleSoft, Attendance, Corrective Discipline, Production Entries, Inventory).
• Uses audit processes for continuous improvement with Lean Leadership, Department Managers and Production Managers.
• Prepares shift for job assignments, production scheduling, projects and standard work with Planners and Supervisors.
• Promotes Quality and Environmental awareness and SMS policies.
• Assigns staff based on workloads; oversees repairs to equipment and facilities; ensures SOPs are followed.
• Monitors operations; inspects projects; schedules contracts; ensures safe work practices.
• Ensures proper PPE usage and conducts safety training; drives safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Uses PeopleSoft for parts ordering and EZ Entry/TPM to receive work instructions; manages work orders.
