Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager in Baton Rouge to define and drive the strategy for all production equipment, facilities, and utilities. You will lead cross-functional teams to maximize equipment availability and plant performance.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance and reliability and 3+ years of leadership, with expertise in RCA, FMEA, RCM, and PM programs, plus CMMS and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in maintenance and reliability in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in leadership of supervisors, planners, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategy for equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Lead maintenance, planning, reliability, facilities, and utility functions to maximize availability.
• Drive RCA, FMEA, and corrective actions for chronic losses.
• Manage budgets for maintenance, labor, parts, and contractors.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain to improve plant performance.
• Oversee CMMS, backlog, scheduling, and maintenance reporting.
