Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. seeks a Precision Maintenance champion to lead lubrication and reliability initiatives across operations, engineering, and maintenance.

You will manage the troubled-equipment backlog, plan weekly scheduling, execute improvement projects, and report progress to plant leadership. You will mentor maintenance staff, promote Precision Maintenance practices, and drive value by reducing downtime and extending asset life.

Qualifications

• AA in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management or trade school required or 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with rotation equipment focus.
• Must have experience with rotating equipment and lubrication practices.
• Experience with SAP, PdM tools or systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, reliability, and efficiency of assets through planning, scheduling, and MRO processes.
• Develop and champion Precision Maintenance techniques.
• Identify, justify, and implement reliability and performance improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Corporate PdM team to review real-time condition data for critical equipment.
• Lead training for maintenance personnel and drive lubrication program execution.
