Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is hiring a Plant Quality Supervisor for our Milwaukee facility. This role leads on-site quality activities on the 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm), ensuring GMP, HACCP, SOP, and SSO adherence across production.

The position emphasizes documentation, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and food safety.

Qualifications

• Proven QA leadership experience in food industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop a quality team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure GMP compliance and proper quality techniques.
• Create and update quality documentation to meet USDA/FSIS and BRC requirements.
• Support quality auditor team and provide oversight on daily activities.
• Lead a team to enforce policy and drive quality improvements.
