Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Ohio is seeking a Plant Quality Manager II to lead the plant's quality system, drive compliance with corporate standards, and manage food safety QA initiatives. You will analyze data, guide improvement teams, train staff, and coordinate with customers on quality issues, reporting to the Senior Quality Manager.

This is an onsite role at the Franklin facility. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in manufacturing quality, a 4-year degree, strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing related role.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis proficiency.
• Green belt certification preferred.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the elements of the Quality Management System in coordination with the Senior Quality Manager.
• Generate data analyses and reports on quality metrics and deliveries.
• Train the food safety team and ensure the food safety management system is in place.
• Independently manage customer interactions regarding product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to meet customer requirements.
