Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Specialist Plant Quality Assurance in Fort Worth. The role provides support for the quality function, with responsibilities across safety, process control, data analysis, and quality system improvements.

You will monitor product quality and assist in CAPAs, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with production to prevent substandard products. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience; strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent education required.
• Job related experience for 1 year minimum.
• Ability to operate a computer and stay current with software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, participate in monthly safety meetings and inspections, and investigate incidents.
• Support development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the quality system.
• Calibrate test equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Advise production and quality assurance management of significant deviations and initiate actions to prevent substandard products.
