Job summary

Danone in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a QFS Plant Quality Change Manager to lead quality and safety aspects of change management in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with Senior Plant Leadership to ensure procedures, formulas, and processes meet Danone standards and regulatory requirements during projects, new recipes, packaging, and equipment improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related curriculum.
• 3+ years minimum experience in QFS, Operations, Engineering in food industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical feasibility studies for plant projects.
• Conduct QFS risk assessments integrating ingredients, process, packaging, and controls.
• Build Qualification Protocols and ensure resources are trained.
• Coordinate training and knowledge enhancement with QFS Assurance.
• Review and approve new recipes and changes for quality and process capability.
• Ensure all documentation and specifications are understood and implemented.
• Stay current with regulatory guidelines and Danone standards.
• Lead cost-saving and productivity initiatives in the plant.
• Coordinate and conduct production trials for new recipes and materials.
