Job summary

Moji Food seeks a Seattle Plant Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen the plant's food safety and quality assurance programs for the Seattle-area operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership to evaluate, train, verify, and document ongoing compliance with regulatory and company standards across both fresh/refrigerated and Ready-to-Eat products. You will partner with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing QA and food safety.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, preventive controls, traceability, recall, and QA systems.
• Experience developing and implementing food safety programs rather than only maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant's food safety and quality assurance programs.
• Oversee controls for Ready-to-Eat products including CCPs, preventive controls, and environmental monitoring.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and certifications with external bodies.
