Job summary

Textron's CWC Textron division in Muskegon is seeking a Weekend PT Plant Protection Security Guard to help safeguard production areas and keep operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on following safety standards, performing regular security checks, and cooperating with plant teams to maintain a secure and orderly workplace. Prior security or safety experience is preferred, with the ability to lift 25 lbs and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard software tools.
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with colleagues and visitors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
• Conduct regular plant and grounds security checks during shift.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Work in a team-oriented, multitask environment.
