The role involves coordinating across technical, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams, developing execution plans, and supporting field activities during construction and start-up.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of related experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 25–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 3+ years in engineering, design, project management, operations, finance or procurement.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Solution-oriented with analytical and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments and levels of staff.
• Travel up to 25–30% and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on proposal phase for technical solutions and cost sheets.
• Define scope of work, establish channels, and coordinate execution strategy.
• Partner with Technical, Procurement, Quality Control and Manufacturing teams.
• Support project execution and share progress with the Projects Execution Group Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed throughout.
