Job summary

Furlani Foods in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking a Plant Project Engineer to lead local capital projects from concept through startup and to support annual capital planning.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, plant teams, and engineering resources, while identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing operations across facilities. Travel within North America and Europe is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, food production, or capital project mgmt.
• Experience managing equipment installations and capital projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate equipment suppliers, contractors, plant teams, and engineering resources.
• Provide engineering support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and utility systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with plant teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Travel required: within North America and Europe.
