Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, enabling our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is a portfolio of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Open 7 days a week
• Pay rate: $15.00/hour, weekly pay
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Sunday, with a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off

Position Requirements:

• Must work in the position for 30 days without attendance or production issues to be promoted to 'Operator'
• Operator level is based on competency in: Tunnel #1, Tunnel #2, Conventional Washers/Dryers, Soil Lift

Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (8-hour shifts)

Competency is determined by:

• Attendance: Must maintain good standing; issues may lead to removal
• Production: Must meet efficiency standards; issues may lead to removal
• Safety: Must adhere to safety procedures; violations may lead to removal

Summary: Serve as a frontline production team member responsible for tasks supporting the high-capacity laundry plant, such as operating dryers, washers, and stain washers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain flow of linen through various machines
• Process laundry activities in designated order
• Load linen into machines correctly, avoiding overloads
• Follow safety instructions and maintain production standards
• Report technical issues affecting production
• Perform other duties as assigned
