• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers and ensure production schedules are met.
• Collaborate with production planners to establish daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
• Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain safety by enforcing policies and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
