Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules, recognize safety as priority, and conduct/participate in safety meetings with plant staff.
• Maintain efficient and timely flow of all raw materials received and finished products shipped.
• Oversee all aspects of maintenance, preventative maintenance, manages breakdowns and repair.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for achieving individual and department targets, goals and objectives.
• Oversee job performance of production and maintenance and all equipment/buildings used to process materials.
• Assist in investigating accidents within jurisdiction and make recommendations to Plant Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• Responsible for overseeing job performance of production and maintenance as well as all the maintenance of equipment and buildings that are used to process raw and finished materials.

• All other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
• Minimum 1-year of experience as a fabricator; including knowledge of welding and cutting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or Associates Degree.
• Labor relations background and leadership experience.
• Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols.
