Responsibilities

• Execute daily workload alongside full and part-time teammates while offering guidance, support and instruction.
• Serve as a versatile, go-to operator supporting multiple areas of the warehouse and operation based on daily priorities and production needs.
• Support daily distribution activities, including order fulfillment, staging, loading, unloading, and shipment preparation.
• Support work as needed across bulk packaging, mixing, distribution and fulfillment, shifting between functions as needed to keep production needs moving efficiently.
• Cross-train across multiple areas of the operation to increase flexibility and team effectiveness.
• Assist in receiving, inventory movement, and general warehouse flow to maintain organization, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate forklifts, loaders, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with hands on training of new teammates as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Basic machine troubleshooting

Preferred

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, agriculture, seed, or distribution operations
• Forklift certification or equipment operation experience.

• Knowledge of agricultural products or seed industry operations
