Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a General Manager for its Lithia Springs plant in Georgia. The role directs overall plant operations, manages ~75 staff across Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and Plate Making, and drives safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will build a Steering Team, set strategy, allocate resources, and develop managers to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. A strong focus on culture, engagement, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in related industry.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in safety, quality, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant operations including Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and Plate Making.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, productivity and equipment optimization initiatives.
• Develop managers, set goals, coach staff, and ensure production targets are met.
