Job summary

Cellofoam North America Inc. is seeking a production leader to oversee daily manufacturing activities and supervise production supervisors. You will staff labor, ensure KPI targets are met, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards across shifts.

The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment, and the ability to develop personnel through onboarding and performance reviews. Flexibility for varied hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years prior experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand CAD and blueprints preferred.
• Organizational, communication and team building skills.
• Software proficiency and ability to use standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct production supervisors and manage daily production activities.
• Staff labor and ensure KPI’s are identified and met across shifts.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity in assigned operations.
• Verify production policies and procedures are followed daily.
• Review machine data and KPI’s to optimize efficiency and output.
• Develop employees through onboarding and performance reviews.
• Attend and support daily production meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and cooperate with other departments.
