You will troubleshoot processes, lead improvement projects, and drive expansion initiatives to maintain production and yields. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (chemical preferred), 5–10 years of experience, and proficiency with DCS systems, JMP, and MS Office; Six Sigma is a plus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Chemical majors preferred.
• 5–10 years relevant experience; project engineering/management experience preferred.
• Experience with DCS control and DCS historian systems; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead projects to expand plant production and maximize efficiencies.
• Write and coordinate procedures, present capital requests, and develop strategic plan initiatives.
• Standardize best practices across facilities via data analysis using JMP or similar software.
• Assist in understanding applicable codes and regulations and support management, supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Lead specific processing areas (front end, backend, evaporation, drying, utilities) as needed.
