Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced leader to plan, direct, and control the plant production system. You will monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensure JSOX compliance for IT/MIS, and manage the IT and Manufacturing Information Systems department to support all plant operations.

You will coordinate scheduling, warehousing, material planning, and month-end stock activities with Accounting, while developing SOPs and driving Kaizen and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in a management role in manufacturing.
• B.S. in Business Administration or related field; MA/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control plant production system via policy and resource planning.

• Manage Information Technology and Manufacturing Information Systems dept.

• Oversee month-end stock counts with Accounting.
• Develop SOPs and implement cost-control actions.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller.
• Coordinate plant tours and third-party contracts.

Job description

Summary

• Plan, direct and control the plant production system through policy formulation, monitoring of daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing operations

• Ensure JSOX Compliance as related to IT and MIS systems

• Manage and Control Information Technology and Manufacturing Information Systems department

to support all plant operations.

• Manage and coordinate corporate and plant scheduling departments.
• Manage and control raw material warehouse and finished Goods warehouse
• Manage and coordinate all raw material and support material planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute month end stock taking activities with Accounting Department.
• Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Analyze manufacturing cost and take corrective action to meet plant wide targets through use of

Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

• Develop and manage small and large capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller.
• Inform Accounting Department how to apply and when to capitalize capital projects.
• Facilitate and Schedule Plant Tours and visitor activities.
• Manage 3rd party service contracts – including but not limited to Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, Vending,
• and Landscape Maintenance.

Maintain and control plant layout and office spaces.

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  Direct – 5-10

  Indirect – 20-50

  TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  One month in continental United States.

  2-3 months overseas travel may become a future requirement
