Job summary

Honest Origins is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day cooked instant rice manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. The role includes overseeing an upcoming facility expansion, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Finance to deliver results and a smooth handoff to stable operations.

The candidate will guide production priorities, staffing, and cross‑functional action plans, while building a culture of ownership, safety and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cooked instant rice manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, service, cost, yield and productivity objectives.
• Develop production schedules, staffing plans and cross-functional action plans based on demand and resources.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure continuity and readiness for audits and expansion.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve capacity and reliability.
