The Operating Engineer Class 4 operates and maintains air handling equipment, ventilation equipment, medical air compressor equipment, air dryers, domestic water pumps, heat exchangers and pumps, VAV control boxes, valves, chiller systems, boilers (not exceeding 5,000,000 btu/hr or equivalent energy input) and other associated equipment in support of the hospital general maintenance functions. Utilizes the Energy Management System (EMS) to control temperatures and equipment throughout INTEGRIS Health.
