Job Description

Operator – Spokane Mix Plant, Spokane WA

This is a full-time, hourly position with a 10-hour shift.

Position Summary:

Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, and aptitude are preferred. Successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Additional tasks or duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform product changeovers
• Lifting and stacking up to fifty-pound bags
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Document data accurately and legibly for reporting
• Maintain production quality
• Report safety issues
• Follow GMP and HACCP policies
• Work in various conditions such as hot, cold, and dusty environments

Additional requirements include successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The position offers $20.55/hr, with overtime pay for qualifying hours.
