Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Operator to operate and maintain oil and gas liquid processing facilities in a safety-conscious environment. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings, logs, and manuals, with knowledge of gas and liquid processing fundamentals.

You will perform start/stop operations, assist with maintenance, and report safety/environmental concerns while keeping detailed maintenance records and logs.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, gauges, charts, and manuals.
• Knowledge of gas and liquid processing fundamentals.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain processing plant equipment (compressors, motors, engines, cooling equipment, pumps, turbines, treating systems).
• Monitor and control equipment operating conditions.
• Start, stop, and operate equipment.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance (permitting, lock out tag out, decommissioning).
• Assist mechanics in performing repairs.
• Identify and report safety and environmental concerns.
• Maintain time sheets, work logs, and maintenance records.
• Drive and ensure maintenance is completed on company vehicles.
• Respond to dangerous or hazardous conditions and follow safety precautions.
