Job summary

You will contribute to reliable production by operating equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring safe issue resolution. The role involves monitoring conveyors and pumps, operating forklifts, and completing shift reports while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One year of general labor and/or industrial plant experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts between swing, grave, and day 8- to 12-hour shifts in outdoor, industrial conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.; climb stairs/ladders; work at heights; and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyors, pumps, screens, and related plant systems.
• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and other equipment.
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment clean-up.
• Monitor and adjust plant production from the control room.
• Identify and report safety hazards, equipment concerns, and operational issues.
• Complete shift reports, paperwork, and other assigned duties.
